What information is stored: The information stored will be the contact information you provide along with your device and service information or purchase information. This information is kept in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and is stored for a period of six years. Payment information is not stored.

How information is stored: The personal information that TC Touch Solutions holds about you is kept in a secure and private customer database. TC Touch Solutions will not pass on your information to any third party companies. Personal information is stored in a secure database, should there be a breach of this database you will be notified within 72 hours.

Marketing Communications: If consent has been given for marketing communications your email address, name and device information will be added to our marketing database and we will contact you with relevant offers and communications. Information is stored until you ask us to remove it. Once you have asked for information to be removed for the marketing database it is deleted within 7 working days and you will not receive further marketing communications from us.

If you have not given consent to marketing communications your information will not be added to our marketing database, but will be kept in our customer database.
