How to mail-in your device for repair
2. Packing and posting your device
Package your device in at least 3 to 5 layers of bubble wrap and pack tightly in a cardboard box or a padded bag. Include a note of your order number, contact number, full name together with your return address and any passcodes/passwords/pattern locks.
Please ensure you pack your device in a way that it will be safe and secure while in transit as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to any device whilst in transit to us for repair.
Post your device to us via Royal mail (Please choose special delivery).
We recommend special delivery to be the safest, quickest, and most trusted method for valuable parcels.

3. We fix your device
We will diagnose, repair your device, test it and send it back within the service time frame. So you can have your device repaired and sent back to you within the shortest time possible.
4. Returning your device
We will post your device back to you repaired either via special delivery (tracked and insured) or a tracked delivery service.
Despite our best efforts, we are sometimes unable to successfully fix your device. In this situation, we will issue a full refund but less the postage fees.
