Courier collection

We can arrange collection of your device for repair or diagnosis from your home, work or anywhere else within mainland UK by courier.

How it Works?

Follow these simple steps;

  1. Locate your product for repair on our website.
  2. Select the service you need from the dropdown to start the order.
  3. Input your contact and delivery details to see your available service options.
  4. Select the courier pickup and return option on the order page.
  5. Complete all other details including a note describing the issue with your device and pay for the order.
  6. Job done!

What Happens Next?

  • You pack up the item in a sturdy box or in a suitable packaging using sufficient bubble wrapping along with a note of your order no. and wait for further information from us.
  • We arrange the collection with the courier service and send you an email confirming the collection, along with the courier label if required.
  • You are required to print off the label if provided and attach it firmly to the packaging of your item before the time for the courier to collect.
  • Collections are done either same day or the next working day, and depends on your collection location and available collection slot from the courier service.

We currently offer local collections and return within these postcodes – PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4 and PO5.

What Happens Next?

We’ll make contact with your via email or phone to confirm the pickup time frame. Your device will then be picked up within your given time and brough to our repair center for the repairs or diagnosis.

Delivery after repair

We ship worldwide. Customers will receive an email notification confirming dispatch of their device.

Shipping options

Standard delivery – delivery with this option is normally done within 3 – 5 working days from the day it is dispatched.

Express delivery – delivery with this option is normally done within 1-2 working days from the day it is dispatched.

Who will deliver your device/order?

We use these courier companies for delivery within and outside the UK: Royal Mail, UKMail, DPD, TNT or UPS. You will receive an email notification prior to dispatch, containing the name of the courier company and the tracking number.

How will my device/order be packaged for delivery?

Customers who have sent their device to us in the original packaging will receive it in the same packaging. Otherwise, we will wrap up your device with bubble wrap and put it in a secure box sealed with tape.
